Position Overview
As the Social Media Manager at our Devon, Pennsylvania location, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our brand awareness, drive engagement, and improve customer loyalty. You will manage our social media accounts, create captivating content, and work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure our messaging aligns with our overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies and campaigns that align with Amazon's business objectives.
- Manage daily operations of all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written content).
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage customer feedback on social media platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure branding consistency and coherence across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and emerging platforms.
- Crisis management: handle any social media discussions and negative comments effectively.
- Work closely with SEO specialists to integrate social strategies that drive organic traffic.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Experience with social media analytics tools.
- Creativity and the ability to develop strong social media campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics is a plus.
